BATMAN: ARKHAM CITY brings Star-Studded Panel to Comic-Con

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment will give fans a special look at Batman: Arkham City, one of the most highly anticipated video games of 2011, during a star-studded panel discussion on Thursday, July 21 at 5:00 p.m. in the Indigo Room of the Bayfront Hilton as part of Comic-Con International.

Fans attending the panel will be amongst the first to see and hear about the next chapter in Batman’s gritty, immersive videogame adventures created by Rocksteady Studios – including some surprise reveals about the game and its characters – from panelists Mark Hamill (Star Wars), Kevin Conroy (Batman: The Animated Series), DC Entertainment Co-Publisher Jim Lee, writer Paul Dini (Lost, Tower Prep) and Lead Narrative Designer Paul Crocker (Batman: Arkham Asylum, Batman: Arkham City).

Batman: Arkham City builds upon the intense, atmospheric foundation of Batman: Arkham Asylum, sending players soaring into Arkham City – five times larger than the game world in Batman: Arkham Asylum – and the new maximum security “home” for all of Gotham City’s thugs, gangsters and insane criminal masterminds. Set inside the heavily fortified walls of a sprawling district in the heart of Gotham City, this highly anticipated sequel introduces a brand-new story that draws together a new, all-star cast of classic characters and murderous villains from the Batman universe, as well as a vast range of new and enhanced gameplay features to deliver the ultimate experience as the Dark Knight.

Several panelists will also be present for an autograph signing on Friday, July 22 from 10:30 -11:30 a.m. in the Warner Bros. Booth, #4545.
